Dr. Elizabeth Baillargeon is a dedicated medical professional who joined Essentia Health for its exceptional group of colleagues and the vibrant community that surrounds the area. She was particularly drawn to the city for its beautiful outdoors, which complemented her active lifestyle. Having completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth, Dr. Baillargeon has strong ties to the region, with family residing in Duluth, MN.

Dr. Baillargeon’s passion for medicine is deeply rooted in her desire to help patients achieve their personal goals and overcome obstacles to remain as active and functional as possible. This focus on patient-centered care is what led her to specialize in her chosen field.

At Essentia, Dr. Baillargeon also specializes in musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound services to accurately diagnose and assess conditions related to muscles, tendons, and joints.
