Fallon Peplinski, DO

Dr. Fallon Peplinski, DO, is a dedicated physician who joined Essentia Health in 2025. She began her academic journey at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2017. Driven by her passion for medicine, she pursued her medical degree at Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2022. 

Dr. Peplinski completed her family medicine residency training in Wisconsin. She spent two years training in Eau Claire through WiNC GME-Prevea Eau Claire. However, due to the closure of community hospitals and clinics affiliated with the program, she finished her final year of residency at Ascension-Wisconsin in Milwaukee, graduating in 2025. 

Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Dr. Peplinski is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), American Medical Association (AMA), American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians (WAFP). 

Her medical interests are diverse and patient-centered, encompassing preventive care, management of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, women’s health, addiction medicine, osteopathic manipulative therapy, inpatient hospital medicine, LGBTQ+ care, and performing common in-office procedures. Dr. Peplinski is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients, ensuring their health and well-being are her top priorities.
