Bio

Danelle Tibbetts, APRN, CNP, was born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes area and completed her high school education at Pillager High School. Pursuing her passion for nursing, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, and later a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of North Dakota. By 2014, Danelle had become a certified Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. 

Throughout her career, Danelle worked at several notable healthcare facilities. Before joining Essentia, she practiced at CentraCare Digestive Center in St. Cloud and Park Nicollet Gastroenterology in St. Louis Park. Her expertise in the field of gastroenterology was evident, and she particularly enjoyed working with patients dealing with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and liver disease. Additionally, she had a keen interest in endometriosis, women's health, and LGBTQ+ care. 

Outside of her professional life, Danelle cherishes spending time with her son and family. She has a wide range of hobbies, including reading, listening to true crime podcasts, kayaking, cooking, baking, camping, attending concerts, and traveling. Her household is completed by a Pitbull/German Shepherd mix dog, who shares her love for car rides and chasing squirrels. Danelle's life is a blend of dedication to her profession and a deep appreciation for her personal interests and family.
