You need to have an active MyChart account. Need an account? Sign up here
Computer or Mobile Device
You need an internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
Scheduling a Visit
How to Set Up a 24/7 Video Visit On Demand
- Log into MyChart
- Select "24/7 Video Visit On Demand" (under the main menu on MyChart website)
- Verify/Select your "State or Territory" of residency
- Choose "General Video Visit"
- Select the green "Put me in line" button
Before your visit can begin, you will need to complete the eCheck-in process.
Types of 24/7 On Demand Visits
Get an intermediate level of care from an urgent care provider for illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening

Minor Acute (Short-term) Illness or Pain
- Allergies
- Asthma flare-ups
- Bacterial vaginitis
- Bladder infections or urinary tract infections (UTI)
- Bronchitis
- Cold, cough, or flu
- Constipation
- Fever
- Gastrointestinal illness (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, painful gas)
- Headache or migraine
- Hemorrhoids
- Mononucleosis (mono)
- Pink eye
- Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
- Sinus issues
- Sore or strep throat
- Tooth infection
- Wound care
- Yeast infection

- Cat scratches or bites
- Dog bites
- Eye injury
- Musculoskeletal injuries (sprains, strains, or pulled muscles)

Not all visits can be completed via virtual video visit. Items such as lab orders or other in-clinic follow-up may be excluded. During your virtual video visit, your provider may determine you should come in to be seen in person.
Appointment Notifications
You will receive an email or push notification to your mobile app when your provider is ready to see you. Please log into your account and select “Begin your On Demand Video Visit” at that time. It may take a moment for your provider to join once you are connected.
Billing Information
24/7 Video Visits On Demand will be billed to your insurance and you may incur a balance due after insurance pays according to your benefits.
If during your virtual video visit your provider determines you should come in to be seen in person, you will be billed for the in person visit, not the virtual video visit.
