Facility Overview
Depend on the Essentia Health-Jamestown Clinic for a wide range of medical care. You can get primary care for your entire family, including family medicine and pediatric appointments. Or, make an appointment with a specialist who will travel here to see you locally. You can also get walk-in care for minor illnesses and injuries.Experience the attentive service we’re known for. We're off I-94 just outside of the city limits. You'll find us attached to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

Everyone needs a primary care provider. Partner with a provider who can help you stay healthy throughout your life.Our family medicine team provides primary care services to your whole family. Our internal medicine team only sees adults. Our pediatricians only see kids. We also have family medicine providers who see expectant mothers for OB checkups throughout pregnancy.Make an appointment for your next physical or to discuss new or ongoing health concerns. How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Please bring a list of your medications or labeled bottles to your appointment so we can update your records. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in and have a nurse bring you to an exam room for your scheduled time with the doctor.
